In continuation with my previous blog regarding online teaching job application at VIPKID .....

 Right after the registration process, their system would evaluate your experience and background.

Wait. NO. The system seems to only evaluate your background, that is, YOUR NATIONALITY.

The teaching position is ONLY for NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS.

Native English Speakers from the following countries:
( 1 ) USA
( 2 ) Canada
( 3 ) UK
( 4 ) Australia
( 5 ) New Zealand
( 6 ) South Africa

OR, in some instances, they would move you to the next selection stage if you happen to live in or you have an eligibility to work in the above mentioned countries.

In short, the fields: ( 4 ) What is your highest level of education?, ( 8 ) Teaching experience and ( 9 ) How much teaching experience do you have? DON'T really matter, even if you have more than five years of teaching experience or if you're a college graduate or a TESOL / TEFL certified. 

 VIPKID should filter the candidates the moment they fill out ( 3 ) Where are you? ( Country, State, City, Timezone ). Rather than wasting their time filling out the remaining fields only to find out they didn't make the requirements.
